Read, like there won't be a movie.
Game, like the dice rolls don't matter.
Dream, like there is no tomorrow.

Grandpaw Senator McCain...

...while raging about Benghazi, seems to have had a senior moment about something else, and I'm not talking about the war on Iraq (although I could).

May Wells Fargo find out just how much money they can be sued for - and pay it.

Attack of the Machine...

Remember this little post from the start of the year?

Whelp, it was bound to happen.
You get a taste of something, and get hooked on it.
Once you think life is incomplete without it,
you begin to feel just how deep the hooks are.

Then it attacks.

Instead of swearing it off, and going cold turkey,
you plan to buy a bigger one, just to,
you know, keep the goods flowing.
Only then do you really know how bad your habit is.
Just sayin'...

GOP Witness Protection Program...

Accountability...

The wealthy are called “job creators.”

If jobs aren’t being created, isn’t it the “job creators” who are to blame?

President Bush gave them huge tax breaks so they could use that money to create jobs, remember?

So what did they do with that money?

Why continue their tax breaks when they didn't do what they were supposed to?

We need accountability from the "job creators" - or a full refund.

Truth in GOP Advertising...

Yes, yes they did:

Governor Jan Brewer Sez:

"I know if President Obama is elected in November, which I hope he is, he will be able to come together with all of us and come up with a solution. I believe he will secure our borders. And therefore, we can resolve all of the other issues as a simple matter."

Watch it here.

Unleash the Krugthulu!

From this post:

"The GOP campaign is based on five main themes, three negative and two positive.

Negative:
The claim that Obama denigrated businessmen, saying that they didn’t build their own firms — which isn’t true.
The claim that Obama has gutted Medicare to pay for the expansion of health insurance — which isn’t true.
The claim that Obama has eliminated the work requirement for welfare — which isn’t true.
Positive:
The claim that Ryan has a plan to balance the budget — which isn’t true.
The claim that Romney has a plan for economic recovery — which isn’t true. (The Economist: “The Romney Programme for Economic Recovery, Growth and Jobs” is like “Fifty Shades of Grey” without the sex)."

Party of NO...

Party over country - all the time, no matter what.
They don't want to lead the country, they want to rule it.

Quote of the Day...

“In college Paul Ryan drove the Oscar Mayer Wienermobile. So he and Romney have something in common. Both have the experience of driving a car with a dog on the roof.” –David Letterman
